KEEP YOUR LASHES CLEAN
Every day we shed from 1 to 5 eyelashes, we typically don’t notice it but now that you have an extension attached to it, you might pay more attention and see them on your pillows or towels.
If you start to lose more lashes than expected, then contact us so we can do some follow up questions and send us clear, well-lit photos of the lashes that fell and your eyes, if you have any gaps. This could be due to various reasons such as dirty lashes, watery eyes, an allergic reaction, or a defective glue.
To keep your lashes healthy and the extensions lasting longer, you must wash them everyday with a foaming lash bath shampoo. These help to remove any traces of make up since it may be difficult to remove eye makeup at the beginning when using lash extensions. If you do not have a dedicated lash shampoo, any oil-free foaming cleanser will do. Also, Miscelar water is not as effective as it contains oil molecules. As a rule of thumb, creamy face washes contain oil and foaming cleansers contain alcohol (which help clean lashes).
Lash shampoos (also known as lash baths) are specifically designed to clean the delicate eye area, remove stubborn make up and help restore the pH to your lashes and eye area. They help in retention and help stimulate growth by gently removing dust, dirt, grime, dead skin cells and more, from between your lashes and skin.

Refill must be done within 3 weeks/21 days of our last session to apply as a refill. After 21 days it will be charged at the typically lash refill or full set for your style minus a credit of 70 Euros.
Photo must be in high-resolution.
