The monthly membership is deducted from your card every month on the same day that you sign up.
To cancel the membership, you can simply cancel online in your account preferences or send us an e-mail, text, or even a letter.
Maximum of one full set and removal (2 hours) per month, and one refill per week (1 hour), for a total of five sessions a month or 6 hours a month.
Additional time will be charged at 30 Euros for 30 minutes.
Full sets and refills are non-cumulative. If the member doesn’t come that week/month for their treatment(s), they forfeit that/those treatment(s).
A ‘no-show’ will forfeit that week’s appointment.
Three (3) ‘no-shows’ will result in the cancellation of your membership.

Once you’ve become a member you can log in to your account to use your ‘credit’ to book all the full sets and refills you’d like! On your first appointment with us, we’ll provide you with our lash gift basket which includes a gentle lash shampoo, some brushes, and more.
DISCLOSURE: We do not save or have access to your credit card info. We can only see the credit card type and the last 4 digits. We do not sell or share your information with any third parties.
