We're searching for a new eyelash extension artist who can provide high-quality classic eyelash extensions and excellent customer service in a timely & consistent fashion.

Our goal is to have our clients be able to visit a Secret Lash in different parts of the world and enjoy the same high-quality results and luxurious service.

This means that there is an opportunity for growth within our team. A Parisian Secret Lash Artist today can become the Manager of a Secret Lash Miami in the future, if they so wish!

  • Must have a proficiency in English and French (at least A2 level). Any additional languages are welcome.

  • Must be able to complete a full set of classic eyelash extensions in less than 2 hours, including consultation. 

  • Russian Volume technique is a plus as well as eyelash lift and tinting.

The lash artist duties include:

Greeting the client, providing them with a consultation to verify what type and style of lashes they want and should get, up-selling our masks, serums and additional products, as well as offering follow-up services such as cleaning and removing eyelash extensions, inventory and marketing as well as cleaning and organizing the work-space.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, if needed.

REQUIREMENTS

- Eyelash extensions certification with at least six-months of experience

- Reliable, timely and motivated

- Ability to remain positive under pressure

- Be organised, clean and neat

- Excellent communication and customer service skills a must

- Professional and well-groomed

- Ability to work flexible days, flexible hours and holidays

- Authorization to work in France

- Lash Lifting and tinting experience (preferred but not required)

- Fluency in English and French

- Ability to work well with a team and adhere to company policies

- Customer service that is ✨ above and beyond ✨

Location: 15 Rue Erlanger 75016

Available Hours: Monday to Sunday: 9h to 22h (9 am – 10 pm)
